Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe

A common caesar salad recipe includes romaine lettuce and crutons dressed with parmesan cheese, egg, olive oil, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and black pepper. This is one of the easy to follow Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe. It is a must for any garlic lover. Some restaurants offer a more substantial salad by topping the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, steak orĀ salmon.

Caesar Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Start by adding olive oil and garlic in jar with a tight lid. Then refrigerate for several hours or overnight if posible.
- Then remove garlic and set the oil aside.
- Next, in a small saucepan over low heat, cook remaining ingredients, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles at edges.
- Remove from heat andlet it cool for about 15 minutes.
- Pour into the oil kept aside, cover and shake until well blended OR blend at high speed until smooth.
- Cover and chill if not using immediately.
